Attorney Halkiotis is a Board Certified Specialist in State Criminal Law. She is in her 11th year working for the Guilford County DA’s Office. She has practiced in Superior Court since 2007, and handled felony cases, including a large amount of our felony DV and child sex cases.

Judge Vince Rozier is a Wake County District Court Judge and he has served in that capacity since 2006. Prior to this, he served as a Wake County Assistant District Attorney. He has prosecuted DWI cases and presided over them as a judge.

Attorney Jennifer Allen has received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, 2000. She served as Orange County Magistrate, 2004-2007. She was also a traffic attorney in private practice since January 2008, handling cases in Orange, Durham, Alamance, Wake, Granville and Chatham counties. Prior experience presenting on advertising ethics rules.
